Shipping Policy

Free Worldwide Shipping on All Orders

All orders are shipped free of charge via DHL Express Worldwide. There are no shipping fees or hidden delivery charges. Orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning import duties and customs charges are covered by JDRP-Luxury for supported destinations.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your DHL tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders typically arrive within 10–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local customs clearance procedures.

Shipment Tracking

All orders are shipped with full DHL Express tracking. You can monitor your shipment in real time using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Signature confirmation may be required for selected international deliveries.

Insured Delivery

All packages are fully insured during transit. In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, JDRP-Luxury will work directly with DHL Express to resolve the shipment and, where applicable, dispatch a replacement order with priority shipping and full tracking at no additional cost.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and customs fees are covered by JDRP-Luxury for supported destinations. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Every JDRP-Luxury timepiece is carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to dispatch to ensure it arrives in exceptional condition.
