Limited Warranty Coverage
JDRP-Luxury Shop ("the Company") offers this limited warranty for Leather Bags ("the Product") purchased through our online store. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 Year from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:
- The leather bag must have been purchased from JDRP-Luxury Shop.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
- The leather bag must have been used and maintained according to the care instructions provided by the Company.
- Any repair or service work must be performed by the Company or an authorized service centre.
Coverage Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, and damage to hardware.
- Stains, discoloration, or damage caused by exposure to liquids, chemicals, or extreme environmental conditions.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Loss or theft of the leather bag.
Warranty Remedies
If a manufacturing defect is found and the warranty claim is valid, the Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace the leather bag with an identical or similar model. If an identical or similar model is not available, the Company will provide a refund of the original purchase price.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Company's liability is limited to the purchase price of the leather bag. The Company is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
