If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you with our hassle-free return process.
Eligibility for Free Returns: You have the option to initiate a return for any product purchased from JDPR Luxury within 7 days from your delivery date.
Product Condition: The item(s) must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Reason for Free Return: We accept returns for the following reasons:
1. Defective or damaged item(s).
2. Incorrect item received.
3. Change of mind (unworn and unused items).
Free Return Process:

2. Receive a Return Label: Upon verifying your request, we will promptly email you a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Pack Your Item(s): Carefully place the item you wish to return in its original packaging. Securely attach the provided return label to the outside of the package.
4. Ship Your Return: Drop off your package at the nearest carrier's location. We recommend keeping your receipt until your return has been successfully processed.
Refund Policy: Upon receipt of your returned item(s), our team will conduct an inspection to ensure it is in its original condition. If the item meets our return policy criteria, we will promptly initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the timeframe for receiving the credit will depend on the policies of your card issuer.
Refund Process:
Step 1: Inspection Once we receive your returned item, our dedicated team will inspect it to ensure it is in its original, unused, and unworn condition, with all tags and accessories intact.
Step 2: Approval If the item(s) passes our inspection and meets our return policy criteria, we will approve the refund.

Step 4: Credit Processing The timeframe for receiving the credit will depend on the policies of your card issuer. Please allow for up to 10 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.
Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange your item(s) for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process outlined above. Upon receiving your item(s), we will promptly ship out the replacement to you.
Damages and Issues: We are committed to delivering your order in perfect condition. However, if you discover that the item(s) is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong product upon receipt, please contact us immediately. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, please note that you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without the need for justification. The returned item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Ensure that you retain the receipt or proof of purchase.
