OUPINKE Watch Warranty — 2-Year International Cover
International Limited Warranty
At JDRP-Luxury, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of every OUPINKE timepiece purchased through our store.
All OUPINKE watches purchased from JDRP-Luxury include an International Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty Coverage
2-Year Watch Warranty
Your OUPINKE watch is covered for 24 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects involving:
- Automatic mechanical movement defects
- Tourbillon movement defects
- Internal movement malfunction
- Crown or clasp manufacturing faults
- Watch case manufacturing defects
- Sapphire crystal manufacturing defects
12-Month Strap Warranty
Watch straps and wearable components are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects involving:
- Strap stitching failure
- Clasp manufacturing defects
- Bracelet connection faults
- Manufacturing-related material issues
Normal cosmetic wear from regular use is not covered.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, impact, or negligence
- Scratches, dents, fading, or normal wear
- Water damage caused by improper use beyond the watch’s water resistance rating
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage caused by improper storage or handling
- Loss or theft
- Wear to leather straps from daily use
- Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, extreme heat, or magnetic fields
Water Resistance Notice
Water resistance ratings apply under controlled testing conditions.
To maintain water resistance performance:
- Avoid operating the crown underwater
- Avoid hot water, steam, and saunas
- Ensure the crown is fully secured before water exposure
Water damage caused by misuse is not covered under warranty.
Warranty Claims Process
To submit a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:
- The watch must have been purchased directly from JDRP-Luxury
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- The watch must have been used under normal wearing conditions
- Any prior repair work must have been authorized by JDRP-Luxury

Warranty Resolution
If a covered manufacturing defect is confirmed, JDRP-Luxury will, at its discretion:
- Repair the watch
- Replace defective components
- Replace the watch with the same or comparable model
- Offer a store credit or refund if replacement is unavailable
JDRP-Luxury may cover return shipping costs for approved warranty claims depending on the case and customer location.

Important Notice
Mechanical watches require proper care and periodic servicing to maintain long-term accuracy and performance.
