Limited Warranty
Coverage
JDRP-Luxury ("the Company") offers this limited warranty for watches purchased through our online store. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 Months from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:
- The watch must have been purchased from our Online store.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
- The watch must have been used and maintained according to the instructions provided in the watch's user manual.
- Any repair or service work must be performed by JDRP-Luxury or our authorized service center.
Coverage Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, strap wear, and battery replacements.
- Water damage unless the watch is explicitly marked as water-resistant, and the water resistance is compromised.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Loss or theft of the watch.
Warranty Remedies
If a manufacturing defect is found and the warranty claim is valid, the Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace the watch with an identical or similar model. The Company will cover the cost of shipping the watch to and from our service center. In the event that an identical or similar model is not available, the Company will provide a refund of the original purchase price.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Company's liability is limited to the purchase price of the watch. The Company is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
